Returns and Refunds


We want you to love your purchase, so if you're not completely happy, you may return your product within 14 days of purchase for a store credit provided it is in unused condition with all the original packaging. We will not accept any returns without it's original packaging. If in the event a product is faulty, please contact us at with your invoice number, name, contact details and photos within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will organise an appropriate course of action. 

If a product is delivered damaged, please contact us at with your invoice number, name, contact details and photos on the day of receiving your goods to qualify for a replacement as these are the terms with our courier services.

Sales items purchased during a promotion or our sample sales are a final sale. No exchanges or returns of sale items are accepted at any time.
International returns: We will not accept any international returns. 
Refunds: Refunds are not available for change of mind or sale items.
