RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase, so if you're not completely happy, you may return your product within 14 days of purchase for a store credit provided it is in unused condition with all the original packaging. We will not accept any returns without it's original packaging. If in the event a product is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number, name, contact details and photos within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will organise an appropriate course of action.
If a product is delivered damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with your invoice number, name, contact details and photos on the day of receiving your goods to qualify for a replacement as these are the terms with our courier services.
Sales items purchased during a promotion or our sample sales are a final sale. No exchanges or returns of sale items are accepted at any time.
International returns: We will not accept any international returns.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for change of mind or sale items.
