Where is my order? Shipping Information:
If your order has been paid in full we will dispatch and ship your goods as soon as they are in stock. Most orders are fulfilled from our warehouse which can take up to 7 business days to dispatch. If stock is not available your order may be split. If you receive a missing item it is likely your package has been separated in to two shipments. If this is the case, you will receive two tracking numbers from us. Please note due to COVID-19, our couriers are experiencing delays due to high demand and limited flights. They have advised that it will now take up to 7-10 business days, and sometimes longer, to receive your parcel.

What if part of my order is on Backorder or Pre-Order?
If your goods are out of stock and show as Backorder or pre-order, this means goods are not available to ship right away and could still be in production, we will ship as they are back in stock. 

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order because you have changed your mind we can happily offer you a store credit, but unfortunately we primarily operate on a made to order basis which means, all orders are final.

Can you apply the current sale price to my order?
All prices listed on our website are subject to change. In case the price of an item on your order drops and you contact us within 24 hours, after you placed your order, we will honour the new price. No price adjustments can be processed after more than 24 hours since purchase. We cannot amend prices of products that have already been dispatched.
